New Umpires for Mid Canterbury

Congratulations to Nic Andrew, Joc O’Connor and Denise Taylor who have all passed their Level 1 Umpires exam, and to Bernie Osborne and Diane Vanderweg who passed their Measurer Umpires exams last Sunday September 1st.

It is great to welcome these new officials into our Mid Canterbury team and wish them well in their umpiring/measuring appointments.

I know all our players will appreciate the time and energy all of our umpires give to supporting them as they play their bowls.

Your local Umpires group welcomes expressions of interest from anyone keen to become either a full Umpire or a registered Measurer. Both training and exams are provided locally.
